We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, quality issue, damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to buyer’s reason (change of mind, wrong size/color selected, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Returned items must be shipped using trackable shipping services.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

Different product desired
If the item you want is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the refund.
Refunds are not granted if:

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase if the order has not shipped yet.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
You may still return the item following the return policy after receiving it.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

We may ask for the item to be returned for inspection.
8. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows the package was not delivered or is lost in transit, we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
After verification, we will offer:

A full refund
If tracking shows delivered, but you claim non-receipt, please contact your local carrier and check with neighbors first.
We will assist further if needed.
